replaced new blower resistor and still no heat

i just replace new blower resistor that i first thought was the problem why the heater won't come on. it's doing the same thing like before. when turning on to different selector i can hear little click like it want to turn on, but no heat coming out what so ever. i check fuses and they seem fine. what could this be? new blower wheel?

You could always jumper the blower to see if it comes on.

Also, you may want to post up this problem on a Chevy board. More people know our HVACs over there, and it's pretty different from a GP HVAC as far as how it's wired.

Then that's better.

You can take a power wire and a ground wire to the blower's pins and manually try to get the blower to come on. This bypasses all of the car's controls and wiring and just tells you if the blower works. Then you can rule it out. I'd also take out the HVAC controls and multimeter them with a wiring diagram.

is that the only way to test it? i might take it to the shop and have them test it for. once i know what's wrong whether it's the blower or hvac control then i'll replace the part myself cause i can imagine how much the shop going to charged
