ok here is what is going on. I picked up a 2000 GTP for a winter car this year.

It had/still has an aftermarket alarm system on it. I have not yet checked. I was told that the dexcool had been flushed out and geen coolant added in. well after this happened.... coolant started to leak into the motor. this past weekend I replaced the LIM gaskets, SC gasket, changed SC oil, cleaned the engine bad, and replaced all old brittle vaccuum lines. I went through and cleaned all the sensors, MAF, etc. did all the free mods. My gas mileage went from 12.7 to 22mpg (big pat on my back)

anyways. It still has a slight misfire, and when WOT or even half throttle for that matter it would feel liek the motor was being held back. WOT from a dead stop with TCS off....she wont even spin them.

I went through replaced the coil packs, plugs and wires today before work. She now throws a code. Security...all the way through this ordeal. anytime I get more than 1/4 throttle I get the chuggs, and motor hitting a brick wall.

The SES light flashs, at whch point I pulled the coded. both start with B0, Security. I cannot turn these codes off.... I can just clear them. Does the Computer think the car is being stolen?

Thsi car may still have the factory keyless entry(I dont have the fob), the LED light still blinks up on the dash when the door is open.

what do I do? it is bad. but yet it forces me to drive like a grandpa....

the bottom dash cover down by the peddles keeps coming down on my feet...so I am thinking the aftermarket alarm is still down there. how do I remedy this situation? I dont have the codes on me... I will rescan it today when I wake up...as It set them again on the drive home getting up to speed.
