Re: Top swapped L26 owners...
Yeah I went huge with the injectors up front so I would almost never end up with fueling issues. Sure it's over kill for NA buuuuutttt they work.

105 springs
HP tuners
LQ4. Maf
And most of the obvious little stuff...
I've got similar mods, just a ported GenIII instead.
Right now I'm running a 3.8 pulley, about to go to a 4.0 so I can actually run some timing on the btch.
Re: Top swapped L26 owners...
I only have issues when it is really hot outside living in GA that means everyday in summer haha.. I usually just pulley up to my 3.4 in the summer to help... but even on the 3.2 I only see blips of about 3* KR every once and awhile

"i know someone that said he wanted new injectors" is hardly discussion worthy.
Re: Top swapped L26 owners...
My 04 has an L26 bottom end. I'm still on the stock pulley because the stock injectors are maxed, but it runs pretty good. I'm running it on 89 octane, and it rarely knocks...looks like it's false to me when it does.
Re: Top swapped L26 owners...
I'll be on 93. Starting with 4.0 hoping to at least get to 3.5 with the rockers.

Just leave the stock pulley.
No need for a 4.0".
Re: Top swapped L26 owners...
I don't have one lol. I bought my gen v with a zzp mps and a 3.4 pulley installed.
