Thread: 2005 Key fob not working

Hey guys,
the key fob on my 05 gp stopped working a while ago. I took it to the dealer and they reprogrammed it and it worked for a couple minutes then quit working. I took the fob to batteries plus and they tested it and it was still sending a signal. I also noticed that the date function on the Driver information center gets erased after a couple minutes after i reset it as well. Do you think the key fob and date problem are related? if so, how should i go about fixing it?
