    the heater controls in my girlfriends 99 GTP dont work they stay blowing at the chest level at all times i replaced the actuators a little while ago so thats not it . it has the dual climate controls also i dont think the super high speed on the blower for max ac is woking either . thanks in advance for any help ...lee

    On the supercharger is the vacuum line hooked up on top with 2 other vacuum lines? The hvac one is the center one.
