Is there any reason why I cant bolt this beautiful gen 5 eaton m90 onto my gen 3 ssm90 lower intake manifold? The lower intake has the inlet moved forward already, I have the skinny 60lb siemens injectors so clearance shouldent be an issue. I will just need to do a little grinding for clearance for the fuel rails and the one injector as far as I can tell and then the normal genv swap stuff.

Yes. The gen 3 blower and lim is different from the Gen V.

It'll bolt on the GenIII LIM by opening up the inlet. The other issue is the TB is different. You'll need to get an adapter.

Already have the nessary gaskets and adaptors and the lim is already opened up to accept the gen v blower. Just wanted to make sure noone knew of any snafus with the ssm90 setup other then a little grinding is nessary. Im already aware of all the typical gen v swap issues.

Oooo, Im interested in this thread! I would love to see pics of this once it is all done! I am still debating on getting the ssm90 lim or the l32 lim with heads. Question...would the prj fuel rails work with the ssm90 lim or no? Thanks

Only rails specifically made for the ssm90 are gonna line up. The injectors in normal setups are at a strange angle where the ssm90 are straight up and down. I am going to make a thread and potentially a writeup on how it goes. It has been done once or twice before but never documented as far as I know. I got a great deal on the gen V blower. Has 100,000 miles on it and I got it for 230$ shipped. Miles don't bother me. Excited for this.
