Ok a few days ago a good friend of mines car wouldn't start. So we've went down the list and this is what we have ruled out.

    It's a 1997 gtp

Ok, CPS replaced, ICM replaced and he put his stock PCM as well instead of the tuned one from zzp

Ok so where should we start?

Also we checked the fuel pump (because we snatched it from the junk yard when the old one went out) pressure by pressing the fuel a schader valve and I saw that the gas just dripped out inside of shooting out like mines does. Car will crank but it won't start.

    Any help?

You determine if you are missing spark or fuel. Sounds like you shotgunned the spark components, then realized..you have no fuel.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Impossible to know fuel pressure without a gauge.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

Shotgunning spark and fuel... make sure the injector fuse is good.

Maybe we're missing air. Throttlebody stuck closed?

yes i am, even so knowing those 2 things will help point you in the right direction, they tell a good story

edit: i would start by checking spark on any cylinder with a load tester, if its there then i would put a fuel pressure gauge on the rail, if its there i would check any injecter with a node light, if its there then i would consider air,

thats the typical (turn over,no start) check for me , should take no time to do this, and it might not find your problem but it tells you alot.

if you checked fuel pressure you would consider that
