04 gtp changed out blower motor as it melted nothing... saw the 30 amp jfuse was blown so I replaced it and still nothing is there any other fuses for that? Blower is not working but still got heated seats and the re circulation button lights up when I turn the knob on though...

I thought a bad resistor just made you loose a couple fan speeds not all of them

I was thinking on the new ones that everything runs threw the resistor I have a 2000 but I though all the new one ran from the control head to the resistor then the blower motor

sounds stupid but leave the resistor plug out. i installed my new blower once it went. after replacing the blower i didnt have any control over the HVAC. unplugged the plug that connects into the resistor and turned the car back on and everything worked..

ya. i unplugged the connector to the resistor (after i installed n hooked up the new blower motor) and it worked. Then plugged the connector for the resistor back in and still working fine. It was weird cause after i installed the new blower motor and had the resistor connector plugged in, i had no control of the HVAC. Then i ended up starting the car again with the resistor connector disconnected and i gained control over the HVAC again lol

Honestly Bill I'm the worst at reading or understanding those... I'm gonna see if there's a fuse or relay I missed besides the 30amp J fuse under hood.this is frustrating as I just can't see the blower motor and resistor going out at the same time.

I'm a little disappointed you didn't take my advice last night in chat...I mentioned THREE fuses. You replaced one already, so there are two left to check.
