Sometimes when my climate system is off the picture of the stick dude flashes randomly and random pulses. Anyone experience this?

I think it has something to do with a BCM communication with the PCM.
Because when I flash a new file to me PCM with my tuning software the DIC, Digital HVAC and Clusters go through a certain "check" were all the lights flash and blink in a certain order to make sure its all working.

Its causing some noise in the dash, like a rubbing or squeaking sound, like when rub a balloon kind of. I suspect its a door or something opening and closing in the ducts somewhere right?
