So I have a random issue. Sometimes, for no reason at all my car will misfire like a mofo and barely chug along unless I mash the gas then it runs fine, no misfire. But if I just drive normal it chugs and chugs. Then the problem goes away. No cell....I'm lost on this one

Yeah, Lucky for me I live in MI where there are no emissions testing. If you have a tuner I have a good idea how to get away with it...

take a spray bottle with a salt water mix and soak down the engine and look for arcs and see if anything changes and do it all night or just somewhere dark

I had the same exact problem with my car. had random misfire and went away and came back off and on. replaced plugs wires (needed done anyways). checked all the coils. i went through everything. then a lean code came up. checked all vac lines with carb clean. absolutely nothing and still had the random misfire. Started with the carb clean again and sprayed right under the s/c snout. s/c gasket was leaking. replaced it and everything went away. what was weird is that the lean code never came up for a good week or 2 after it all started lol. Not saying thats whats going on with you just thought it was interesting that the random misfire on 6 was the only code it threw lol

Mine does this. I also haven't found a solution. No vac leaks.

    Things I've replaced:
    MAF
    Wires
    Plugs
    Coils

I think I'm going to re-gap my plugs and try again.

Don't replace anything unless you need to....is the TB all gunked up? Have you ever cleaned it? With no CEL its kinda tough to even get an idea of where to start since you've checked all the obvious wbody issues....

    Sounds ignition related.

Start with plugs and wires usually.
Move on to checking vacuum leaks if you think they can exist
Always clean the coil towers if they are cruddy
Then consider swapping the ICM with a known good one. ICM's can cause a single cylinder misfire. It's not common, but can happen.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    All cylinders you say?

Check fuel pressure with a lengthened gauge to drive around and watch.
