The hose to the right of the blow by valve is a vacume hose.
There is NOT suppose to be a hose on that nipple by the other vacume hose.
The hose comming off of the blow by valve (black round thing) is a vacume hose

so what would that nipple be there for because it looks like it is in a clamp for something to go over it and clamp it together...the reason i say this is cause i found 2 other vacuum hoses detached and my car was not running right so when i was checking for nething else i found that???

To be honest im not sure. I'm sure it is setup for another model car. Those BBV's fit regal's to gp's.

The only vacume hoses on our cars go to the lower intake manifold (pass side) fuel pressure regulator, brake booster, evap purge valve ( they have clamp type fittings) and Blow by valve and also the throttle body

I was wondering the same thing about that nipple. I know it has like a piece of foam that is suppose to be on it and that is what that clamp is for. My foam just feel all apart and looks like what happened to yours. Deffinatly no vacuum on it.
