Hey My res and muffler are both rusted out and the drone is just getting worse and worse. I know that from the cat to the resonator is 2.25 ID is it 2.25 ID from the resonator to the muffler? I have searched online and the forum and couldn't find anything on this.

Car is a 99 Buick regal gs. Thanks!

2.25 to the Y, then its a 1 7/8in pipe to the mufflers.

    Stupid buicks.

Go out and measure the pipe then, its might be 2.25 all the way to the mufflers.

You could just look up a replacement muffler.

However.. being a regal it was 2.25 the whole way. Simple easy and done. The GP's were utter stupid using only 2.25" piping to then a smaller diameter at the Y. Cause the real car's ..... they had 2.50 baby!
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
