What is a decent affordable torque wrench that some of you can vouch for? I want something that I can count on being accurate enough to build a mild motor, but not break the bank. Any input?

They don't appear to be a vendor here any longer.

I like the Husky one that Home Depot carries. Sometimes around the holidays HD puts their handtools on sale, unadvertised. I walked into 25% off one year.
