So whats the update on this and you don't have to give a name, most people have already figured who it is.

Was everything settled or are you stuck with the calipers?

Are you gonna post pics of the faded calipers?

I just sent him a link to this post and asked him one more time to do the right thing lets see what happens, mean while, since I have all his original posts and the paypal transaction AND since it was shipped via the United States Postal system I do believe this constitutes mail fraud.

I only mentioned it to make sure you were aware you post it.

When you put the [img] [ /img] tags in, you can put as many as you like in a post. No need to make a zillion posts.

There's also an edit button as well.

I am the individual who sold these calipers to Logan 541. The calipers pictured above is not the condition there where in before i shipped them.

    Lets Review the facts:

Logan 541 Paid for these Calipers the day i was on my way to Puerto Rico (Outside Continental United States) for a military training event. Most of you know i live in Florida. I had to wait until i returned back to Florida in order to ship these calipers out to Logan541. I also had to wait until i took the calipers off my car since i was using a friends shop and the vehicle needed to be a complete rolling chasis because i was working around his regular mechanic job and customers.

These calipers where powdercoated by Minichopper6hp Back in June 2010 or so he claimed to powdercoat them.

These are how they looked when i installed them. (Juneish 2010)

Here are how they looked in December of 2011 when i started putting my new suspension on and taking my engine out

Now as just about all of you know my car sat while i was in Iraq for 11 months in 2011. Then the Engine was out till just recently. Those calipers had less then 1500 miles on them since they were rebuilt and powdercoated or painted by Minichopper6hp. They had alittle bit of brake dust and grime/greese on them when i shipped them out but in no way where they as ****ed up as Logan541 has them pictured.

Back when GPF.net did the iTrader thing i had about 20 + iTrader points.

according to the STAMP ( "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" )on the box Logan541 has pictued (See photo below) the box was completely damaged by USPS, which would account for all the very large dings and chips missing off the coating.

These calipers where dropped off at a local shipping place and i paid for 2 LARGE USPS Flatrate shipping boxes and shipping material which cost me $15 per box for around $31.

    May 29, 2012 Payment From
    Linda DeLeva

    Completed
Details Payment From Linda DeLeva 8HE64068NM6811606 $106.51 USD

I got fired from a recently employer for being disabled (Back Injury from Iraq) and i told Logan541 that i can't help him if i wanted to right now. He should be looking for USPS to cover the damaged to his calipers since they were the ones who ****ed them up. I have been in contact with him atleast 2-3times a week for the last month via phone or PM on here.

I have a hard time believing all of that month damage could come from shipping. They are greasy, rusted, and pealing. The only damage shipping would do is scuffs and chips. And you should have been able to tell the difference between powder coat and paint.

i said it had brake dust on it... all ****ing calipers have brake dust on em. Logan541 said he put some kind of fluid on it to clean them up.

Thanks for the observation Plus I actually used a paper towel to clean them up I was afraid brake cleaner would make them worse so I only used a paper towel but it took lots of them

BTW spartan your lies know no bounds do they? I NEVER said I put fluid on them YOU suggested I use brake clean and if I did use fluid why are the still greasy and rusty? You sold me crap a stand up guy would refund the money and go after the packing place that lied to you about shipping, or did they really lie and did you pack them you avoided numerous phone calls and emails someone in the right would not have done that. That's why I had to start this post or did the "Fluid" cause rust and cause the brake dust to cake on and turn powder coat to paint? I did not use fluid on them because of there condition
