Ok so I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT.
I've been looking around and I've seen superchargers and turbos, and parts that should be added to them.
I was wondering which one I should put in my car.
I use my car as a daily driver so I don't want to make into a drag car, but it would be nice to beat these damn turbo'd civic's and the rich kids with there Beemers
So can anyone help me out here

It depends on your goal. A turbo will be your best bet if you have an N/A gp and feel like spending $3k. You will get much more out of it then a S/C.

As many people will say on here, the real question is...How fast do you want to go and how much do you want to spend.

Turbo is going to cost a lot more than $3k to do it right for a daily driver and to keep the transmission in one piece.

Supercharger would probably be what you're looking for. You have three options. ZZP's SS M90 kit (easiest install, but can cost more), full swap for a supercharged engine (L67), or a top swap (taking off the top half of your engine and replacing it with the top half of a supercharged engine).

It's not a simple bolt on and done upgrade. You'll also want to find someone with a tuner.

Yes this is very true, what i meant to display was the difference between the base price for an m90 unit [around $600 for genV] and the turbo kit [around $2700]. Although iv heard the better route is to get a used/m90 unit. I shouldn't post at 2:30 am any more lol.

Allot if time and extra expenses go into these things, just know its not as simple of ordering the part(s) and just bolting them on.
