The dual climate control is screwy, has been since car was purchased, the drivers side works properly, but the pass side is hot and only hot, completely hot! Want my a/c to actually cool the car please help! It will blow cold, but only on drivers side. I am quite mechanically inclined but just need to get an idea where to start looking. Thanks again!

Sounds like a bad blend door actuator for the passenger side.

And how would I fix that? Take out the glovebox?

Any suggestions on how to access the blend door/actuator?

Courtesy of scottydogs- "on the pass side remove the glove box and look to your left (at the side of the air box) you will see another actuator as well. same design.
you can take these off and see if the little knobs turn easy or not as well. also run the temp from hot to cold and watch the hole spin in the actuator to see if its working or not. while the key is on run or running."

And take a look at this thread as well. Should help explain it in better details.
