blower issue

so i tried to search for this problem as not to re-post somthing 10000 times but couldnt find the same problem....


the blower motor runs like every couple mins all day everyday even with the car off as like if you keep buting the a/c on and off. i relized when i was doing breaks on the car.. it killed the battery....happen to anyone else thanks (2000 gtp)
