Thread: Programming a fob

I bought a fob for my car and was using the instructions on the firm to try and program it but I could not get the car to go into program mode. Like the write up says the car will not chime when I have cycled the key opens the door and closed it. Also I pulled out the mall prog fuse too. Any help would be appriciated

That was the thread I used but I cannot get the car to go into program mode

No I could not the car would not go into program mode

Does anyone know if these instructions are accurate for '06 and '07 Grand Prixs as well?

Thanks, Stealthee............ that is what I have read as well. Good news is I have a buddy with a Tech 2....... Bad news is he is 115 mi away.
