Hey Guys. I have been searching the Internet to try to help with my Grand Prix. Started last week. No AC or Heat at all, fan doesnt turn on. I looked online and it seems like this is a common problem with a resistor if fan settings level 5 works but the others do not. None of the fan settings work at all so I figured it was the blower motor itself. Bought a new one and put it in today and still same issue. Anyone know what this could be? I hear a click near the blower motor when I turn the fan on from level 4 to 5 but it seems to only make the sound when at level 5.

Have you checked all your fuses?

Could be a bad resistor still but i'm not sure that it would entirely go bad like that.

Hey guys checked all the fuses and they all look fine

I am thinking resistor too but having none of the settings work is worrysome.

Check the voltage at the resistor and see if you have 12v before it. If you do then the resistor is bad.

If it has the Auto Climate Control its probably the control module and maybe part of the wiring harness going to it... Look for my other post I made earlier and it has some parts you can replace...If it is Auto Climate you do not have the resistor btw just the control module..
