On a couple 350s I've worked on we've had the same problem and while it's running just take a bar of soap and lightly push the soap against it and the squeal has gone away. Might work.

theres 2 tensioners if its supercharged are both new
did you put soap on the belt/pulleys? and then the noise stopped for a few minutes?
i would think you need a belt then. it may be stretched out a bit.
Holy hell im siked and i feel dumb, i should of listened to dsmuts the first time. I threw the new belt on thinking, "this aint gonna work", and well it worked:) Though i wasnt gonna accept it just yet, i left the car running for about 5 minutes to let things get going and well still nothing. I went for about a 10 minute drive, came to stop signs, revved the engine up a little bit, nothing. So i decided to come home, sat there for a few, still nothing.
The old belts threads are crazy deep and i know 1 of you said something about the threads and i thought mine were fine. The new belt's threads are like almost flat it seems, major difference between the old an new belts, took a photo but probably cant see the difference in the photo.
Thanks everyone soooo much, im sorry if i seem like a pest, posting about anything and everything but im just trying to learn an this is almost as perfect as if someone was here showing me things. Im more of a computer guy, i repair them, clean them and now cars has been a little interest since ive gotten this Grand Prix, i love my car and Grand Prixs alone and i wanna learn more about them and other cars also...Thanks again to all of you:)

glad to hear you got it fixed. the soap thing did it for me lol
Hmmm looks as if I was right. Who would have thunk it. lol Glad you came to your senses and listened lol
Some of the soap got stuck in the threads of 1 of my pullies that i had to clean so that definitely didnt work. I just dont see why people dont just buy a new belt instead of putting soap (and in my case, silicone spray) and other band aid solutions on it. Tight budgeting maybe? Thanks by the way...
Trust me, im holding my head down with a grin on my face lol But i am excited to get something done on that car, would of never done tried it if it wasnt for you guys, only because i thought my belt was fine this whole entire time. Thanks muts :D
any time you wet the belt, spray it with what ever or use belt dressing, and it stops making noise, its the belt. soaps the same deal in the end.
I used to use white lithium grease.
Until I found out that it said keep away from heat due to it being flammable.
Yeah, burning rubber is cool.
