    How does the outside temp gauge work? Mine does not seem to be reading as its supposed to any help would be appriciated
    Also if I was to clean the drain on the ac how do I do Otis there something under the dash or is it in the engine compartment

    Same, mine will say like EXT 31 even though sometimes it will be correct and say like EXT 78 or whatever the temp is.

    open the hood under the latch in the grill area, you will see a sensor, thats your out side temp sensor. i think someone said its a dealer only item. not 100% sure tho.

    im laid off, so its nice in the a/c at home. but i did go out to wash the car, and it was brutal.

    Correct.

    Dealer only item. Cost is 12-15 bucks.

    Replace it and be on your way. Also if you dont replace it and you try and use the AUTO air feature and or the AC, its likely not the work because if the sensor says its too cold outside it wont turn anything on.

    i work 9-5 during the week and today i was outside pulling an engine and Trans on an old Ford (390 BB), today was brutal. came home sat in the air for a little bit them got up went outside and washed the GP and did a little bit of body work on the 52 p/u then came back inside and chilled out hopefully tomorrow wont be so bad.
