Does anyone know where to measure the pulley at to know what size it is? i have no markings on the pulley itself, and something was telling me that its the low points where the belt sits, and not the high points. wanted to just double check.

Not the outside flanges but the top of the grooves between the flanges.

And your stock pulley size should be a 3.8.

Ya I've just been meaning to take a caliper to it, but in all the times ive had that hood open i just haven't done it heh. reason i want to check is after my 180* thermo, DP, and HAI, i still seem to be getting quite a bit of KR according to my Scangauge. i Have powrtuner installed here on my laptop, but with school and work i havent had a chance to play around with it at all, and have been thinking of getting a pre-made one for the mean time.

take a string, wrap it in the grooves of the pulley.
measure the amount of string needed to go one time around the pulley. (be as precise as possible.!)
divide by 3.14
= pulley size

The string will ride in the bottom of the grooves, I believe the pulley is measured at the top of the grooves..... Correct me if I'm wrong.
