Ok so heres the deal I jus bought a zzp ported/polished s/c n holy **** nothing but problems. First I had to re-seal the snout because it was leaking fluid like crazy and also noticed rotor pack wasn't sealed good either after that also realized that the snout sneak on their snout was bad so I put my old one on and a couple days latter it started rattling like a s/c coupler would but has a brand new zzp one on it. So I pulled it off and pulled the rotor pack out to find that the rotors are chipped and damaged on the throttle body side of them, wtf would cause this? I have another rotor pack but is that going to do any good or would the needle bearings be bad too and how do you tell? Ive had this thing on and off 5times now n Ima go psycho with it all and jus send it back pretty flipin soon. Right before this it would let a loud pop of air right at shift points and kick 6.5kr too but it just stopped yesterday and it litterally just wont do it anymore lol(idk if that matters but thought id include it.

and now after just putting the rotor pack from my original s/c into the ported s/c housing it felt fine off the car spun freely and smooth untill i put it back onto the car and torqued it down and now it seems to hit as you spin it by hand. i torqued it from inside out in a cross pattern and torqued it to 18lb and even loosen it and retorqued again and still the same prob. Is the housing warped or needle bearings shot or wtf? also torqued the snout bolts to about 15lb?
