Ok This morning I started my car up, and it smelled fine. When it got to operating temp I smelled a burning smell. Sorta like oil but couldn't really decipher it. So I turned it off and took a look around the valve cover gaskets and this is what I saw

Ok looks like the usual buildup ive been had on the car (how can I clean that off? I'm thinking of taking the injectors off but don't want to screw anything up) ok so I then proceeded to see if my car had been recalled for the gasket issue and it was. So now I'm hunting for this smell. Any ideas? I checked the back valve covers and saw nothing as well. Any ideas?

OH! I noticed smoking too but that was my damn amp power cable laying on the exhaust.

I was under the impression that the intake manifold was coolant related?
How else would I know it's the manifold to confirm?

    Thats not LIM related.

I'd take some brake clean and spray the piss out of the area, then I'd take some purple power and just spray it on and soak for a few minutes and dump a HOT bucket of water over it to wash it away.
