Ok so this might make me look like an idiot but during a storm a couple days ago i was running my wipers and then they just stopped moving. The motor still runs when they are turned on and I know this seems to be a linkage problem. Does anyone know how to check it? On my 93 Dodge dakota All I had to do was remove a few bolts and the panel under the wipers came off but i can't do that on this car, unless I'm doing it wrong(likely). Any help will be appreciated. I am going to be driving this car to Nebraska tomorrow otherwise I would take the time to figure it out myself.

Tighten the bolts on the bottom of the arms maybe.

yes follow the wiper arm to the end where it gets round. theres a little cap. should be a 13mm nut. push it in place and tighten it up.
