Check your wiring. Maybe a plug wire got against the header or something. Which cylinders are missing? Scan for codes.

    swap coil packs around yet?

hole in piston, do a compression test, rent tool at pep boys or other parts store.

Start with what you moved then go to stuff that's less obvious. Make sure that the plug wires still have the clip attached to the actual wire, I've had a couple come loose and give me headaches.

Sorry let me start by being a little clearer. I put headers on this morning and ran it a little ran fine. The last time I got in it around 5k rpm it started missing bad. To me that sudden change makes me think it's inside the cylinder. No smoke no water in oil. Plugs and wires ok coils good. Could there be anything else besides this like egr or some sensor. Pulling my hair out on this. This is my second engine in this car if it's a piston then it will be for sale cheap!!!

So you did swap coils around?

To see if the miss follows....

You did swap the plug with cylinder 3? To see if it follows...

    What plugs too.

It could be anything. I had plugs literally go bad on start up one morning, fouled that fast.

ok this doesnt make sense to me. ive been at work and the car has been sitting for a few hours. i took off and it was running fine. i got about 2 miles and it started back again. that rules out being internal, thank god. its throwing a twocodes now o2 sensor and po300, multiple cylinder missfire. could an oxygen sensor do this and or the coil pack getting hot and going bad

Why dont you read what me and others have suggested and do some testing.

That is the only way you are going to figure out the problem.

Also if you are running platnium plugs, throw them in the trash and get iridums or copper cores in the right heat range.

Change all plugs and wires. Less than a 50.00 fix. I had a wire rest against my headers once and it barely melted the wire enough to ground on the headers. Made the car run like sh!t! Do the simple things.

    103's are too cold.

Run the hottest spark you can.

So id go with some 104's gapped at .050.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOO 160ยบ

Your knock sensors dont even turn on til 160, you are playing with fire, run a 180, no colder. I prefer 195's because you aint hot lapping this car.

Did you remove your spark plugs when you installed the headers? When i did mine I didn't and cracked the insulator on 2 of my plugs. When the engine warmed up it started missing. I couldn't see the cracks by just looking at them. And yes 160* is bad for business.
