Hi Guys having problems with my car. I noticed it was running hot over the weekend, so thought it might be a t-Stat. Last year had the water pump, T-stat, upper and lower intake gaskets replaced and ran fine. The t-stat was replaced sunday and its still running hot, it runs at 210 while driving then heats up to im assuming 250 notch before redline. I bled the system today by opening bleeder valve ontop of t-stat housing, put a gallon of dex cool 50/50 in and its still heating up......Im ready to leave this car in the ghetto with the keys in it..........HELP!!!!! thanks

What does your coolant looks like? Your radiator its most likely shot.

A flush should help. Unless ur replacing most of the coolant system I do NOT recommend switching to another coolant. Even using flush solvents, my new coolant was still contaminated.

U can just leave the car with me if it doesn't work I live in the ghetto.

But seriously if u had a flush u shouldn't need another one. But stuff happens I guess. Let us know
