There's no way this is a tranny problem, It has to be electronics, because While driving, it will go from 1st, to second, then hesitate, shift hard into 3rd, and drastically shift into 4th.
After first starting the car, it will do this and just cruise fine.
The first stop sign i hit(bout a mile from my house), i accelerate, shifts fine 1st & 2nd, In 3rd it hesitates then shifts hard, And either doesnt shift into 4th, or it shifts into forth, i ride for 100ft. and it shifts all the way down to second. if i put it in neutral, let it slow down to 35mph, and put it back in drive, it gets both 3rd and 4th back.
Someone told me that a maf sensor can cause a handful of sensors in Grand Prixs to believe they are shot, such as solenoids, and tcc. could the maf be the issue? I cleaned it. no change. replaced it with a maf from a junkyard, but it got worse when i did that, put the old one back in, back to the way i explained above.
Also seems like it stays in 4th, or 3rd when slowing down to make a turn, it stalls when i go from a stop sometimes, and just putts along like a Manuel would if you let go of the clutch and started in 3rd
P.S. Trans is rebuilt as of 30,000 miles ago.
If you've dealt with this, some advise? please? lol

the code for ckps is being thrown, but i had someone make the maf sensor work, and all the codes went away. Im going to order a brand new one and see if that works, Should i reset anything after putting the new maf on?

Just let it take its course, normally the system clears itself immediately after replacing or repairing the issue, if it doesn't drive it a couple days OR drive it about 10 miles at NO MORE than 58mph. This allows the system to check and make sure nothing is wrong.
Also when doing that make sure you do not do any heavy acceleration, heavy braking, try to be as gentle as possible. We had to do this alot at my old job.
