When I first start my car (1997 Grand Prix GT) and shift it into either Drive or Reverse and move a short distance it makes a strange... gargling noise. Thats the best way I can describe it anyway. It mainly happens just a few seconds after I let off the brake. And when it happens the lights flicker and I seem to lose a little voltage. And last year when I hit ice during the winter it made the noise several times when I was on the brakes coming to a stop. So Im thinking ABS? Anyone else have this problem?
