Looks like it is the CAT plugged, I had the O2 sensor out and although being really loud I was able to get the motor to rev over 4000rpms. It wasn't able to do that before, 3000 max. So I have ordered a new CAT and while I waiting for the new one to arrive I'm going to drill a hole in the old one so its still usable this week. Pontiacgtp24 you may be onto something as I have had a P0102 for quite sometime now which is a MAF code, could have been running rich for the last couple months because of it. That being said I have robbed my entire throttle body from my old 98 parts car and installed it on the car. No codes thus far.
