I have on 04 GT and the DIC is completely black. Like there's no power. Is there a fuse or relay that needs addressed or do I need a new DIC?

Yes, cigarette lighter is working. Checked the fuse panel and everything is OK?

I think there's a fuse, but take the center stack cover off and make sure it's plugs in securely.

Pulled the center stack cover off and unlugged the DIC. Got out a test light to make sure I was getting power. Plugged it back in and PRESTO!! DIC is back in business! I guess it wasn't secure. Thanks for the advice!
