Had the engine swapped in my 01 GT and when I got the car back, I now have no control of where the AC or heat blows out? Set the manual control to vent, floor, defrost, etc... and the air seems to come out of all of them but weakly. I'm assuming something just didn't get hooked up right, not sure why the engine swap would effect this, but am looking for advice on how this system works and where I should start to chase this problem down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

my guess is the vacuum line that goes to the hvac is broken. iirc it runs under the battery and then all the way to the hvac controls in the car.

Thanks for the help, that is exactly what it was, they failed to hook up the vacuum line to the a/c & heater controls when they swapped the engine. Re-hooked up and vents all working normally.
