Just wondering if you could steer me in the right direction for what brand of H.i.D.s i should get for my headlights and fog lights. i prefer the 8,000 - 10,000K range, i like the blue color. right now i have Xentec of ebay $35 for both kits and you get what you pay for, after time they lose there color and arent really that bright but way better than stock. just arent the best overall. whats a good, reliable, bright, H.i.D website/brand i should buy from?

expensive, but the light output is worth it. HIDs in stock housings are just asking for people to flash you. you're going to blind everyone on the road.

i hate people with HIDs in stock housings. i get blinded enough by trucks and SUVs, let alone people with unaimed headlights and HIDs. HATE IT.

Any body know if the W-body store HID kit is good? Might be an option for the OP.

I will go Diode if I need another set.

And my headlights are aimed and everything correctly, but they do still throw some light but I really like them. Almost a week with no one flashing me lol.

there is literally zero chance you have them aimed correctly because you cannot aim them correctly. the filament placement in the HID bulb is different than the stock halogen bulbs. you can aim them low all you want and you'll still bounce light off the bottom reflector and blind everyone. it's just a straight up fact that you cannot get good light output out of stock housings with HID bulbs without being an annoyance to everyone else on the road.

feel free to have a friend drive your car and watch.

Get that DDM crap out of here.

    Blue car had 55W 8K Head/55W 10K Fogs...

    Silver one has 35W 8k Head/55W 6K Fogs...

    Kim's G5 has 55W 5K everything...

All from VVME...all super bright and awesome...

10K though I'd never do for headlights, 8k is pushing it...its like driving under water...get some higher wattage lower kelvan temp bulbs.
