^ + the required headwork to run that lift on the XP.

OR, Fullsize Intercooler, cam of your choice, built 3.69 tranny, stick tires, pully drop and tune.

    Valve springs = head work?

I'd be more concerned with a high mileage timing chain with a factory dampner on an XP than "head work".

    A miracle.

Intercooler and a cam will be a must if you want to do it on street tires and without spray. Tune will also be a huge factor.

.......what are you all talking about? a stout rocker car will easily run low 13 with traction and the right driver.
