Ok so I took the actuators off to make sure that wasnt the heat issue. Is there a way Im susposed to reset them/put them back on? I saw them both spin a bunch then put them back on, now door wont close for the AC? I just should stop touchin ****

There's a way to re-calibrate them but i forget the sequence. Try Automotive Repair, Auto Recalls, Automotive Software & TSB's - ALLDATA
Doesn't it do a reset when you plug it in?
If I understand what you're saying, you're talking about the mechanical connection from the actuator to the door lever. Just determine what direction it operates and what the position should be by comparing the two from side to side. With it plugged in, but still not connected, mechanically, you can operate it using your HVAC control and put the rotor portion in the correct position.
No worries - just take a break for a bit and look at what is happening with the door, then at what happens with the actuator when operated and bolted in position. You'll get it.
Never actually unplugged it. Just was checking if they worked.
Ill give this a shot tonight.
Yea thats pretty much what Im saying. I tried this and it didnt work but everything worked just fine before hand. I had it off the door lever and after it spin however many times i could hit whatever button and wouldnt do much. Seems wierd I know they work just now its getting odd.
No its wierd I know the actuators work I watched them. I just think it may need to be reset now because if I hit the ac button(snowflake) it doesnt move. I know the cause of no heat is the heater core clogged but this is just from me messin with it i think
My blend door motor went bad on the driver side, so unplugged the battery, replaced the motor($60), plug battery in. start car with fans off, listen to blend door motor recalibrate(60 seconds DONT turn fan on) then turn the fan on crank the heat and it worked!
if you havent unplugged your batt to let it recalibrate then thats probably your issue
