Snow, buy injectors that are characterized.

    Save you some time tuning.

It's a 2 year old stock replacement with a rewire and a high flow fuel filter. I just need to check the fuel pressure at the rail during a WOT run and we'll have the answer. Could be either IMO, but I'd like it to be maxed injectors

I'm not saying that Zoomer is always right but what he is saying makes sense. We will see.

I am still saying he isn't getting more than 330whp at the VERY most.

If he makes 330 from what 29x? That's not bad dollar for dollar gains against an intercooler or a cam or much anything really. Plus it being one off and all... Hope his numbers add up, it's an interesting project.

Ummmm no. Because he already has a XP cam. Look at the stock cam record and then rethink that.

Now if he put that TVS on a stock cam rockered car and made 330 whp that would be something but still not on the same level dollar for dollar as an intercooler and rockers.

The legit stock cam m90 record was DOHCz34 making 310whp SAE on 110 race gas.

I wouldn't start with this numbers argument dude. Yes Kemp has the record but it has been challenged and so have your numbers.

Kemp- "I may dyno it one more time with EWP, slicks and open headers. Should pick up about 20-25 whp with those additions." Looks like that never happened or numbers didn't get posted.

All I am saying is what Zoomer said makes sense and you already have an XP cam. I am not saying 330 whp would be bad and that's still more than 10%.

I don't see how anyone else's numbers are relevant... I'm going up against my own numbers. Just making sure you don't sway people with your skewed logic... Comparing STD corrected race gas/e85 numbers to my SAE corrected 93 octane numbers.

    First off:

    1. DOHCZ34 w/ 318 WHP (I/C, G5 M-90, stock heads, 1.9 rockers, 9.4:1)[STD] ---109 Race gas. 18" chrome wheels.

Second I wasn't talking about your personal numbers. I was talking to the dude who was saying that 330whp on a TVS would be a good mod money wise compaired to a CAM or INTERCOOLER. He obviously didn't know you already have an XP cam. Unless you don't now? I was just using those record numbers as a reference. Unless you are recreating the wheel now?

I will watch what I say. I don't want you to post it up on the other forum. lol

318 STD is about 10whp over what the SAE # would be

Race gas and a 3.1 pulley would put me there no problem.

Interested in what the fueling issue was. Did you run out of injector or was pump/fpr giving issues?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
