    Here guys I put together a one stop spot for learning about your error codes enjoy!

    P0101
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0401, P0404, P0405, P0440, P0442, P0446, P1404 or P1441 not set, engine started, system voltage at 9-18v, TP angle under 15% ( 5%), MAP signal under 80 kPa ( 5 kPa), Traction Control off, Purge command below 50%, and the PCM detected the MAF signal did not agree with calculated MAF value for a period of 5 to 40 seconds.



    Possible Causes:
    • Base engine vacuum leak, PCV valve leaking or stuck open
    • Engine oil dipstick missing or not fully seated
    • MAF sensor signal or ground circuit fault or sensor has failed
    • PCM has failed
    P0102
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    Engine started, system voltage from 10-18v, IAC motor more than 2 counts, and the PCM detected the MAF sensor frequency was less than 1,200 Hz, condition met for 1 second.



    Possible Causes:
    • MAF sensor element hot wire contaminated or the sensor failed
    • MAF sensor signal shorted to ground or ground circuit problem
    • MAF sensor wiring routed close to the ignition wires, generator, solenoids or electric motors
    • PCM has failed
    P0131
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101-P0103, P0106-P0108, P0112-P0113, P0116-P0118, P0121-P0123, P0125, P0128, P0201-P0206, P0410, P0440, P0442, P0443, P0446, P0449 and P1441 not set, engine started, TP angle from 5-40%, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal was less than 175 mv for 45 seconds, or less than 600 mv for 55 seconds while operating in P/E mode during the test. The HO2S is used for fuel control and post-catalyst monitoring. This sensor compares the oxygen content of the surrounding air with the oxygen content of the exhaust stream. At initial startup, the PCM operates in open loop mode, ignoring the HO2S signal when calculating the air/fuel ratio. The PCM supplies the HO2S with a reference (or bias) voltage of about 450 mv. The HO2S generates a voltage within a range of 0-1000 mv that fluctuates above and below the bias voltage once in closed loop. A high HO2S voltage indicates a rich fuel mixture. A low HO2S voltage indicates a lean mixture. Heating elements in the HO2S shorten the time required for the sensor to reach normal temperature, and an accurate voltage signal.




    Possible Causes:
    • Air leaks in the exhaust system, intake manifold, vacuum lines
    • Engine misfire condition present (look for P0300 series codes)
    • Fuel system too lean (possible low fuel pressure, water in fuel)
    • HO2S signal circuit is shorted to the sensor or chassis ground
    • HO2S is damaged (i.e., cracked) or air reference hole clogged
    • PCM has failed
    P1032
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101-P0103, P0106-P0108, P0112-P0118, P0121-P0123, P0125, P0128, P0201-P0206, P0410, P0440-P0449 and P1441 not set, engine started, engine running with the TP angle from 5-40% in closed loop, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal was more than 975 mv, or it was more than 200 mv for 55 seconds in DFCO mode.




    Possible Causes:
    • Fuel system is too rich (fuel pressure too high, fuel pressure regulator leaking, or one or more fuel injectors sticking/leaking)
    • HO2S element is silicon, water or fuel contaminated
    • HO2S signal tracking (water intrusion) in the connector causing a short between the HO2S signal and heater power circuits
    • PCM has failed
    P0133
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0125, P0128, P0201 P0202, P0203, P0204, P0205, P0206, P0410, P0440, P0442, P0443, P0446, P0449 and P1441 not set, engine started, engine speed from 1000-3000 rpm in closed loop for 1 minute, ECT sensor more than 122ºF, MAF sensor from 13-32 g/s, and the PCM detected the average HO2S rich-lean response time was over 145 ms or the average lean-rich response time was over 135 ms.




    Possible Causes:
    • Exhaust leak present in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipes
    • Fuel system is too rich (fuel pressure too high, fuel pressure regulator leaking, or one or more fuel injectors sticking/leaking)
    • HO2S element is silicon, water or fuel contaminated or it failed
    • TP sensor element broken (can cause false acceleration event)
    • PCM has failed
    P1034
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0125, P0128, P0201 P0202, P0203, P0204, P0205, P0206, P0410, P0440, P0442, P0443, P0446, P0449 and P1441 not set, engine started, engine runtime over 200 seconds, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal was fixed between 400-500 mv for over 30 seconds.
    Possible Causes:
    HO2S heater is damaged or has failed
    HO2S signal or ground circuit has a high resistance condition
    HO2S signal circuit is open or shorted to system power (B+)
    HO2S has failed (i.e., it is silicon, water or fuel contaminated)
    PCM has failed

    P1035
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101-P0103, P0106-P0108, P0112, P0113, P0116-P0118, P0121-P0123, P0125, P0128, P0201-P0206, P0410, P0440, P0442, P0443, P0446, P0449 and P1441 not set, IAT and ECT sensors with 11ºF of each other at startup, MAF sensor less than 17-20 g/sec, HO2S signal within 100 mv of bias voltage at startup, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal remained within 150 mv of bias voltage (450 mv) for 50-80 seconds (depends on ECT and MAF at startup).
    Possible Causes:
    HO2S heater ground circuit is open or has high resistance
    HO2S heater power circuit is open (test O2S fuse in fuse block)
    HO2S heater element is damaged or has failed
    PCM has failed

    P0137
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101-P0103, P0106-P0108, P0112-P0113, P0116-P0118, P0121-P0123, P0125, P0128, P0201-P0206, P0410, P0440, P0442, P0443, P0446, P0449 and P1441 not set, engine started, TP angle from 5-40%, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal was less than 30 mv for 45 seconds, or was less than 600 mv for 100 ms while operating in P/E mode during the test.






    Possible Causes:
    • Air leaks in the exhaust system, intake manifold, vacuum lines
    • Engine misfire condition present (look for P0300 series codes)
    • Fuel system too lean (possible low fuel pressure, water in fuel)
    • HO2S signal circuit is shorted to the sensor or chassis ground
    • HO2S is damaged (i.e., cracked) or air reference hole clogged

    P0138
    Trouble Code Conditions:

    Possible Causes:
    • Fuel system is too rich (fuel pressure too high, fuel pressure regulator leaking, or one or more fuel injectors sticking/leaking)
    • HO2S element is silicon, water or fuel contaminated
    • HO2S signal tracking (water intrusion) in the connector causing a short between the HO2S signal and heater power circuits
    • PCM has failed
    P0140
    Trouble Code Conditions:

    • Exhaust leak present in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipes
    • HO2S signal or ground circuit has a high resistance condition
    • HO2S element is silicon, water or fuel contaminated
    • PCM has failed
    P0141
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101-P0103, P0106-P0108, P0112, P0113, P0116-P0118, P0121-P0123, P0125, P0128, P0201-P0206, P0410, P0440, P0442, P0443, P0446, P0449 and P1441 not set, IAT and ECT sensors with 11ºF of each other at startup, MAF sensor less than 17-20 g/sec, HO2S signal within 100 mv of bias voltage at startup, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal remained within 150 mv of bias voltage (450 mv) for 50-80 seconds (depends on the ECT/MAF at startup).

    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101-P0103, P0107, P0108, P0121-P0123, P0130-P0138, P0140, P0141, P0201-P0206, P0300, P0401-P0405, P0410, P0440-P0446, P0506, P0507, P1404 or P1441 not set, engine started, vehicle driven at less than 82 mph at 550-4000 rpm, BARO sensor over 70 kPa (10.1 psi), ECT sensor from 68-230ºF, IAT sensor from 64-158ºF, MAF sensor from 2.8-150 gm/s, MAP sensor from 16-105 kPa (2.6-15.2 psi), fuel level over 10%, and the PCM detected the Long Term fuel trim value was more than +20% for 6 seconds. The PCM controls the air/fuel metering system to good overall fuel economy, driveability, and emission control. During open loop, the PCM determines fuel delivery based on sensor signals, without the oxygen sensor input. During closed loop, the PCM adds oxygen sensor inputs to calculate Short and Long term fuel trim fuel delivery adjustments. Short Term fuel trim values change rapidly in response to changes in the oxygen sensor signals. Long Term fuel trim makes coarse adjustments in order to maintain an air/fuel ratio of 14.7:1.




    Possible Causes:
    • Air leaks in intake manifold, exhaust pipes or exhaust manifold
    • Fuel control sensor is out of calibration (ECT, IAT or MAF)
    • Low fuel pressure (fuel filter clogged, pressure regulator failure)
    • One or more injectors restricted or pressure regulator has failed
    • HO2S element is contaminated, deteriorated or has failed
    • Vacuum hose is disconnected, broken, leaking or loose

    Possible Causes:

    Excess fuel vapors in crankcase (the oil needs to be changed)
    EVAP system component has failed or canister fuel saturated
    Fuel control sensor is out of calibration (i.e., ECT, IAT or MAF)
    Fuel delivery system supplying too much fuel during cruise or idle periods (e.g., faulty fuel pump, or faulty pressure regulator)
    Fuel injector(s) is leaking or stuck partially open (one or more)
    HO2S is contaminated, deteriorated or it has failed
     
     
    P0201
    Trouble Code Conditions:

    Engine started; engine speed over 400 rpm, system voltage over 10.0v and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the Fuel Injector driver circuit for Cylinder 1 for 5 seconds. Note: Drive the vehicle at cruise speed. Record the misfire current counters for review to detect if more than one cylinder is misfiring.
    Possible Causes:
    Injector 1 power circuit (B+) is open (check the power fuse)
    Injector 1 control circuit is open between injector and PCM
    Injector 1 control circuit is grounded between injector and PCM
    Injector 1 is damaged or it has failed

    Fuel pump relay power circuit is open (test B+ from fuse box)
    Fuel pump control circuit is open or shorted to ground
    Fuel pump control circuit is shorted to system power
    PCM has failed
    TSB 00-06-04-023 contains a repair procedure for this code

    Trouble Code Conditions:
    Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage on the Boost Control Solenoid control circuit for 30 seconds. The PCM uses an output driver module (ODM) to enable several current-driven devices that are needed to control various engine and transaxle functions. Each ODM can control several output device functions.
    Possible Causes:
    Boost solenoid circuit is open between the solenoid and PCM
    Boost solenoid circuit is shorted to ground
    Boost solenoid power circuit is open to system power
    Boost solenoid is damaged or has failed
    PCM has failed
     
    P0300
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0107, P0108, P0116-P0118, P0121-P0123, P0125, P0336, P0341, P0502-P0503, P1106-P1107, P1114, P1115, P1121, P1122, P1336, 1351, P1361, P1362 and P1374 not set, engine speed from 525-6600 rpm, ECT sensor at 21-255ºF, TP angle steady, system voltage over 10.0v and the PCM detected a crankshaft speed variation in 2 or more cylinders characteristic of a misfire.     Possible Causes:
    Base engine mechanical fault that affects one or more cylinders
    Fuel metering fault (high fuel pressure or fuel contaminated)
    EVAP system problem or the EVAP canister is fuel saturated
    EGR valve is stuck open or the PCV system has a vacuum leak
    Ignition system fault (a coil) that affects more than one cylinder
    MAF sensor contamination (it can cause a very lean condition)
    TSB 99-06-04-005B contains a repair procedure for this code
    TSB 03-06-04-030 contains a repair procedure for this code

    DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0125, P0128, P0336, P0341, P0502, P0503, P1114, P1115, P1121 and P1336 are not set, engine speed from 1000-4000 rpm for 30 seconds, system voltage over 10.0v, ECT sensor more than 140ºF, TP angle from 3-15%, engine load from 20-45%, spark retard less than 15 degrees, and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the Knock sensor circuit.
    Possible Causes:
    Knock sensor signal circuit is open, shorted to ground or power
    Knock sensor ground circuit is open (i.e., not mounted properly)
    Knock sensor is damaged or has failed
    On modules with an integrated sensor, clear the codes and retest for codes. If the same code resets, the PCM has failed.
     
    P0332
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101-P0103, P0116-P0118, P0121-P0123, P0125, P0128, P0336, P0341, P0502, P0503, P1114, P1115, P1121 and P1336 not set, engine started, engine speed at 1000-4000 rpm for 30 seconds, system voltage over 10.0v, ECT sensor over 140ºF, TP angle from 3-15%, engine load 20-45%, spark retard less than 15 degrees, and the PCM detected an invalid voltage on the Knock sensor circuit.

    P0336
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    Engine started; 3X REF signals detected, and the PCM did not detect any 18X pulses, or the ratio of 18X REF pulses to 3X REF pulses did not equal 6:1, or ratio of 3X REF pulses to CMP pulses equaled 6:1, conditions met for 290 of 300 samples. The Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP) circuit uses two types of CKP sensors. CKP Sensor 'B' is connected directly to the ignition control module (ICM), while CKP sensor 'A' connects directly to the PCM.
    Possible Causes:
    CKP sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
    CKP sensor VREF circuit is open, or the ground (Low Reference) circuit is open
    CKP sensor is damaged or it failed (check the crankshaft reluctor)
    CKP sensor wiring routed close to spark plug wires (EMI/RFI)
    PCM has failed
     
    P0401
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0403, P0404, P0405, P0502, P0503, P0506, P0507, P0641, P0651, P1374, P1404 not set, engine started, ECT sensor more than 167ºF, IAT sensor from 32-212ºF, system voltage 11-18v, BARO sensor more than 74 kPa, IAC steady ( 5 counts), A/C Clutch and TR signals stable, then vehicle driven to over 50 mph at an engine speed of 1050-1300 rpm, MAP sensor from 15-70 kPa, followed by a deceleration period with the TP angle less than 1.3%, and the PCM detected the amount of MAP sensor change monitored with the valve open and then closed during deceleration indicated insufficient EGR flow. The EGR flow test is enabled by the PCM during deceleration. A change from 0 to a value over +0 in the Desired EGR and Actual EGR Position PID will appear on a Scan Tool. The PCM allows one EGR flow test in each key cycle. To verify a repair, the PCM will allow up to 12 EGR flow test counts during the first key cycle after codes are cleared. From 9-12 EGR flow tests are enough to detect adequate EGR flow.
    Possible Causes:
    Base engine problem (e.g., a severely restricted exhaust)
    EGR vacuum hoses damaged, loose or routed incorrectly
    EGR passages or intake passages clogged or restricted
    EGR solenoid valve is clogged (carbon), damaged or has failed
    TSB 87-65-22 contains a repair procedure for this code
    P0403
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    Engine started; system voltage over 10.0v and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the EGR valve control circuit for over 20 seconds. The PCM controls the EGR valve with a solid-state device called a driver. The driver supplies the EGR solenoid with 12 volts that is pulsewidth modulated (PWM) signal through the EGR solenoid high control circuit. A ground path is provided by the PCM through the EGR solenoid low control circuit. If the PCM detects the driver has detected a circuit failure an EGR circuit, it sets this code.
    Possible Causes:
    EGR solenoid control circuit is open or shorted to ground
    EGR solenoid control circuit is shorted to system power (B+)
    EGR solenoid high control (VREF) circuit is open
    EGR solenoid is damaged or has failed
    PCM has failed

    P0404
    Trouble Code Conditions:
    Engine started; system voltage over 10.0v, EGR valve commanded open, and the PCM detected the difference between the Actual EGR position and the Desired EGR position was more than 15% for 20 seconds during the CCM test period.
    Possible Causes:
    EGR sensor signal circuit is open, shorted to ground or power
    EGR sensor ground or VREF circuit is open
    EGR valve seat or pintle contains debris or plugged with carbon
    PCM has failed
     
    P0405
    Trouble Code Conditions:

    Key on or engine running; system voltage at 10-16v, and the PCM detected that the Actual EGR (feedback) sensor signal was less than 0.14v, conditions et for over 20 seconds during the test period.
    Possible Causes:
    EGR position sensor signal circuit is open
    EGR position sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground
    EGR position sensor VREF circuit is open or shorted to ground
    EGR position sensor is damaged or has failed
    PCM has failed
    TSB 99-06-04-45 contains a repair procedure for this code
