    I have a problem with KR on my 02 GT . Completely stock besides an intake. Heres a video of me cruising up a small incline at 70mph on the highway. This will show you how much KR i get.

    oh btw its not like 50* of knock lmao its 5* the scanner doesnt show a decimal point

    my GT with only a downpipe and intake would get around 3-4 degrees, with just a intake i was around 7 FWIW

    ahhhh...see here i am thinking that its getting like 40* of KR....

    GT's knock. Throw headers on and be done with it, especially since your gonna top-swap!

    Could be plenty of things.

    Crappy mounts, which could cause the DP to hit the front sway under load...could be there since you have a u-bend probably still in it...do you run 87? Run higher octane...

    That's easy to get rid of...

    get a k&n drop in filter or make a HAI and see if its still much.

    If it is, then save up for some headers, which would be a nice pair with your future top swap

    Don't waste your money on a drop in filter. Just do a HAI or headers. Or check your plugs. Maybe drop the heat range a bit.

    Ya drop in is a waste of money. Make your own intake. And headers will help a bit.
    FWIW I ran my GTP this weekend and had 3* of knock in second...im stock.
    2001 Regal GS, PLOG, 3" DP, 1.9's/L76 springs. 21* of timing on a 3.4"
