    I added hids from ddmtuning.com tonight and i think since i put those in ive been getting a service vehicle soon light on the info center. has anyone else experienced this? is there a way to turn it off or is there a module or something i need? any info is appreciated thanks guys

    im pretty sure the svs has to be scanned the same way a abs code needs to be scanned, one of them tech 2 scanners, the free scan at autozone wont get it done. at least i dont think it will.

    i would try removing the new lights and see if the svs light goes off.

    Yeah I have an obd scanner and it didn't pick it up. I'm 99% sure its the lights but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they did to fix it or make it go away

    svs comes on when a bulb is burnt out right? maybe it doesn't like your new lights

    I think since the hids draw less current it thinks they're burnt out bulbs or something. I'm not sure if theres a harness I searched a bit but I didn't turn anything up

    sometimes you have to have a seperate relay. i dont think the stock relays work with all kits.
