9.engine leaks anti freeze from a line that looks like it is under the battery(small leak)- No sure on this one. Not sure what motor you have, I assume the 3.1L.
10.the car also gets maybe between 10-15 mpg's last time i checked it was getting 12- this is probabaly directly related to the check engine light. You probabaly have a vacuum leak or 2, and need plugs/wires/fuel and air filter.
i also try to run 93 oct gas in it- Why? Is it supercharged? If not, you can stick w/ 89.

also any information i can get for this car would be great

Ok, it may be a bad switch for the rear defrost. Autozone may have this one.

IAC= Idle Air Control Valve. This is what meters the amount of air going into the throttle body, primarily on startup and idle situations. If it sticks due to carbon buildup it could cause a high idle.

How high a rev are we looking at here? Is it only on cold startup? On startup it should idle high for a minute or 2 then settle down to around 800 or so, maybe even a bit lower. All cars do this.

You'll have to pull the door panel and take a look at the window guide. I'd bet one of them is rusted out. This is something you can also get from a jy.

Def. change the fuel and air filter if you haven't recently. Judging from your reply I assume the plugs/wires are relatively new.

Also, when was the last time the 02 sensor was changed? If you cannot answer that then it is probabaly due to be changed. This will affect your fuel mileage. If the sensor is worn out and not reading properly then it can make the car burn more fuel than needed.

One other thing to do is clean the MAF sensor. This is located on the throttle body. May require a special torx bit to remove. Just get some MAF approved cleaning spray from Autozone or the like and spray it until the tiny wires inside it are clean and silver. I'd bet yours are brown and dirty. Don't touch the MAF wires w/ a q-tip or anything else, just use the spray as those wires WILL break if you hit them too hard with anything other than electrical cleaner. Don't use brake or carb cleaner on it either. A new MAF can run $100+.

On the coolant leak check the 3.1L section on here for help on that. Give it a search and if nothing comes up then post your question there. Not having experience in the 3.1L motors I cannot help on that one, sorry!

that sounds good i'll have to due that stuff and see if i can get it fixed and i have no idea when to o2 senor was changed as with most of the stuff with the car i'm doing what i can here and there
