Hi, well im running into cooling system problems again, and now its shooting coolant from the elbow that goes from the intake to the tensioner. I tried searching for a how-to forum but couldnt really find much. Whats the recommended elbow to use? whats needed for installation? Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks

Help section at the parts store. You can replace it without taking the manifold off.

All auto parts stores have them pretty much, you need a deep 15mm, 13mm and 8 mm and a shallow 15mm to get them off. Unhook the battery, remove the belt, remove the alternator, then there are 3 bolts holding the alternator bracket on, pull them out then the bracket ill wiggle out with the elbows.

i used the ones from autozone and had to do it again a year later.. they're only $18 for the 2 of them (with o-rings) from a dealership, and they are well worth it..
