Rental car special. Enterprise had a metric sh!t ton of them back in the day. Hideous Buickified things that they were.

So it only came with rentals, but not all rentals came that way.

IIRC, from the one I saw in the pull and pray, the cup holders came out of the end of the fold down arm rest.
