Hey im new to this forum and have just got a 97 grand prix... i was wondering about a few things first thing is i was wondering why when i turn off my lights they stay on when the car is running. And the second thing is my ac is not working and its a killer after work from the car sitting in 90 degree whether all day for some reason it looks like the fan clutch is not engaging or something like that is there common problems with that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The car has a photosensor (light sensor) that turns the lights on when it becomes dark.

The radiator fans are electric, they do not have a clutch. The AC compressor has a clutch. Does the AC system blow somewhat cool air or just ambient temp air?
