    got my car back from the shop and notieced this particular connector dangling. its part of the large harness that goes alongside the tranny and motor.

    make sure the wire going to the underside of the thrmostat housing is plugged in . it kinda looks like thats where it goes possibly or take a few more pics to get a general view

    its not the t-stat ect plug. hmm someone suggested its the plug for the a/c but isnt there already a gray one thats near the a/c clutch by the belt?

    Isn't the high pressure switch on the AC over in that area? IIRC it's a three pronger that looks similar to that.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    S'not a fan plug, is it?
    Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
    Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
    Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

    i did check and its a 3 prong so its one of the a/c connectors?

    My only guess is the coolant temp sensor, the underside of the LIM, kinda under the Tstat, but you said its not that. anything abnormal about the car?

    the only abnormal issue is the 2-3 shift engagement. its not a pcm issue but leaning towards an trans internal issue
