Hey, my sunroof is stuck wide open. Pretty sure the motor is dead. Is there any way I can manually close it? I got a 98 GTP. Appreciate any help.

I did this to mine when i first got it. i fixed\re-wired everything last summer so if you decide to fix it yourself i can help you out with the how-to.
first off your going to need a second person for part of this. im assuming you have the same model as i did (the switch is above the center consol on the ceiling.to start your going to pull the switch off with a screw driver and disconnect the wiring from the switch pannel. once thats loose pull off the molding around the sunroof and on the sides of the winshield (where a 3 guage pod would go) then pull down the roofing and you'll see the motor in there. remove the motor, it should be bolted on to the roof. if i remember right i used a star driver on my 98. once you get the motor loose you dont have to disconnect the wires just pull it down so you can see it.
Now here is where i got lucky. i took a 10' wire and ran it straight from the positive on my battery to the motor to test it it was just a bad conection (regardless it has to be closed). lucky for me mine was just a bad switch so when i connected my direct wire to the motor i was able to shut it with someone pushing on the back but if your not so lucky you'll have to do it by hand.
If thats the case and your doing it totally by hand what you do next is pull the screws out of the motor. (hold it vertically so nothing falls out) when you get it open your going to carefully pull out the biggest gear you can see. mine was white. once thats out your going to turn the small gear while a friend pushes the sunroof back down where it should be. if you dont twist the small gear the cables that pull your sunroof will get all messed up and tangled. once you get the glass closed replace the large gear and put the motor back together, bolt it back to the roof and Replace the molding. Put the switch pannel back together and if you do everything right your sunroof is now closed but not working. if you decide to go further pm me and ill give you the how-to on diagnosing your other problems and getting it all fixed.

Something happened to mine, I have had the car parked for a few weeks and I started it up and pulled it around to the front of my house and I opened the sunroof and now it won't close.
When I try to use the switch there is a clicking noise next to the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
