Drivin down the road today and alll of a sudden my radio shut off along with DIC power windows, sunroof, windshield wipers, and heat. everything else worked fine, car still drove perfectly. Checked a few of the fuses like windows, wipers and radio but they all seemed fine. What could cause all of these to go out a the same time?

Thanks Im in the middle of changing it right now hopefully thats it. But I talked to my mechanic and he said something about it could be in a fuseable link or something like that. Is there something like that I should look for before I put the switch in? Rather be able to get a 5 dollar fuse or soemthing to fix it rather than 100 dollar ignition switch lol And I also heard you have to reprogram something after you put one in?? Is there truth behind this?

    I agree with TheOtherNick.
Replaced my ignition switch and all the annoying electrical bugs disappeared.

Wasnt the ignition switch. After hours of chasing things down it turned out to be a bad wire from one of the big fuses from under the hood. wired that and it fixed the DIC, wipers, and blower motor. The windows and radio still dont work but earlier when trying to find the problem we came across a relay that wasnt getting one of its grounds and when we gave that power the radio and windows worked. So im going to try and replace the relay and see if that fixes it.
