    Hello All,
New memeber here. I have been visiting here for a while.
I have a 99 Grand Prix GT that will not start.
The car cranks but doesn't start.
I have replaced the crankshaft postion sensor and camshaft postion sensor and I have spark off coil packs.
I have between 38-42 psi fuel pressure, which seems low, since it specs at 48 or more. I changed fuel filter with no change in pressure.
I tried pulling off the Mass Airflow wires and tried starting with no luck.
I have spark and I have fuel at the rail. I don't know what pulses the injectors or how to check them.
Does anybody have any idea which direction to go in?
Will that low of fuel pressure cause this no start condition?
    Thanks for your help.
    John

Is the car backfiring at all? When you put back on the harmonic balancer was it lined up perfect? I messed up a crank key by it being off a bit once.

There is no backfiring, it just cranks. The balancer is back on in the same postion. Thanks.

Since I had spark and fuel I thought it must be air related. So I pulled the throttle body and cleaned all of the carbon buildup out ( it was a lot ) and since the IAC was gunked up, I replaced it. After I got it all back together it fired right up, took it for test drive and it runs without issue. Hopefully it is repaired for a while.
