    Don't bother, buy a GT/GTP with a 3800 engine or swap your current engine out for the 3800.


    Your current motor isn't made for any kind of performance what so ever.

    to much money put in to it already i got a new crank,over sized pistons,timing set,a new stock cam has been ordered,new lifters,heads shaved an worked ,block is bored 30 over,i just found sum headers earlier.i couldnt even find my stock cam anywhere but the dealer so perf is gona be hard to find

    Seems to have some performance parts for your motor, as well as a cam shaft.


    Absolutely not worth the money in any way in my opinion. In all honesty I would pull everything back off, sell it cheap to someone else, junk the motor, and start with something new.

    i blew a headgasket in jan then rebuilt in feb for about 2500 then didnt even make it through the break in an spun a rod bearing an sent metal shavings through the engine locked up a lifter an took a chunk out of the cam an messed up the cylinder it spun on so im at it again tryin to get it right

    in feb wen i got my irs refund i was thinkin bout swapping for a 3.8 but i thought it would b alot of work changin mounts an harness an computer so i just rebuilt wat i had

    friend of mine has one, that makes my gtp, as well as a few f bodies (all v8's) look real bad but he has made a few of his own parts too (the heads and intake on the 3100 are garbage)

    Thank you for posting that. I knew there was a site out there when he first posted up looking for mods, but for just could not remember the site at all.
