what key locks unlocks it? I Only have an ignition key and it goes in but won't turn the lock.

thats the key that unlocks it, but it only works if the lock is up

wow I'm fvckin moron, it was just caught I'm guessing do to lack of use in the unlock position I stuck my finger in there and pulled it up works fine now.
