I have my Speed Daddy's and I'm working on the install. I see I need a 3 inch downpipe gasket with a metal ring in the write up. I went to the Advanced and didn't find anything. I asked one of the guys there and he couldn't find anything for me behind the counter.

So is there a part number or a store anyone can steer me toward to get this thing wrapped up?

BTW I got the rear one on by pushing it through the bottom between the subframe and the body with a little help from the wife in 10 minutes A little damage to the heat shield on the firewall but it was good to go!

    Thanks!

A stock 2.25" downpile gasket will work, or a 2.5" downpipe gasket with the ring

A 3" gasket is only required for a 3" flange, speed daddys come with a 2.5" flange that bolts up to our 2.25" flange

Correct I have those covered. I looked at my post and I didn't explain well. I'm looking for the gasket that sits between the rear header flexpipe and the U shaped downpipe. It came with a coupler to attach them together but I'm assuming I need a gasket. It measures almost 3 inches inside diameter.

I didn't use a gasket and I think it is fine (2 weeks ago). If i thought it were leaking there I would try the copper rtv for exhaust (used thit at the 3" slip connections and the egr tube). Did you have issues with the 02 clearing? I want to hook up my wide-band (installed an extra bung with only 1/2" clearance) but with the bung provided it does not clear in my car.

When I mocked it up the o2 sensor would have been rubbing the floor board and the exhaust hangers next to the resonator flange. I had my buddy weld in a new bung on the downpipe and it was good to go. I found a 3 inch flange gasket that will fit if I need it. I'll try it without it first and smear some RTV in there.

Have fun with the wide band.

    Thanks!

Hopefully within the next month I will install the wideband. I may have to try it's narrowband output so I can use the sensor location of the new bung. I also moved the 3" v-band to above the flex, so that if/ when it fails only the downpipe will need to be removed for repair. I think this also made it easier to install from above as I believe the flex would have been in the way.
